Sales Operations Analyst
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team and cross-departmental functions to design solutions that streamline Sales processes.
- Collaborate with the Sales team (in US time zone) and cross-departmentally to develop our first Sales playbook and ensure the successful adoption of this playbook and relevant workflows.
- Implement appropriate build and configuration changes in CRM system to facilitate ideal processes and scoped workflows.
- Own day-to-day maintenance of and improvements to our business tech stack, including management of our data structure and related layouts, management of new and existing workflows, and oversight of user roles and data permissions.
What you will need to help build :
System Operations :
- Process design, Scoping, implementation and operating GTM systems including CRMs, Sales engagement, Enablement, LMS, CPQ, CMS, Forecasting, Data enrichment, Onboarding & Customer Support.
- Own and operate systems for marketing, sales and cs.
Pipeline Ops :
- Build process and systems for complex deals, operate deal desk (order to quote, deal structuring and revenue realization), forecasting, pipeline analytics.
- BI dashboards for strategy.
- Business operations - QBRs, MBRs, pipeline reviews, finance reporting.
