The Regional Sales Manager is required to provide the sales Leadership for the Region with focus on the Industrial/ B2B Sales.  The candidate should have good customer relationship management skills on all levels in order to generate new business.   JOB REQUIREMENTS:  - To manage, grow and sustain the business in a given region  - Selling directly to large / medium industries  - Independently manage key business accounts  - To meet the various targets in terms of volumes, profitability, visibility and growth  Skills and Experience:  - Min 10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development  - Should have a proven track record of establishing a good customer base and achieving volume targets successfully  - Should be able to achieve sales in a competitive environment & supervise Sales Managers  - Extensive experience in all aspects of Relationship Management  - Strong understanding of customer and market  - Excellent communication skills  - Action and results oriented with bunch of energy  - Good social competence, team player  - Experience in MS office is essential  QUALIFICATIONS: Any MBA graduate
