- Oversee all accounts and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and standards.  - Setup internal controls and processes to ensure maximum support to growth and be responsible for implementing these at Cropin.  - Assist the Senior Management team in the annual budgeting and planning process.  - Preparation and Review of periodic (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual) Financials of the Company.  - Manage organizational cash flow and its forecasting.  - Review all financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to find, explain and correct variances.  - Analyze financial data and present reports in an accurate and timely manner. Monitor progress and -changes and keep senior leadership informed of Cropin's financial status.  - Preparation and presentation of regular MIS reports to the Board.  - Rendering support in preparation of Board Meeting Agenda & Business Review document, coordinating the conduct of Board Meetings and support in preparation of Minutes of Board Meeting.  - Ensuring compliance of the company with respect to Companies Act, RBI regulations, Income Tax Act, Service Tax Act, Sales Tax Act, Provident Fund Act, Professional Tax Act, Labour Welfare Fund Act. Handling of notices, assessments, payments & refunds.  - Coordinate and complete all audit activity - Internal, External and Statutory.  Skills and Qualifications  - CA / ICWA(CMA) / MBA - Finance / PGDM - Finance  - Deep knowledge of Accounting and Indian Statutory Compliance requirements  - At least ten years- experience with a significant part of it managing the overall finances of a company  - Should have led a team  - Experience in IT Industry would be a major advantage  - Good knowledge of Tally, Excellent MS-Excel skills.  - Excellent Report preparation and presentation skills  - Prior experience in working with / designing MIS systems for Finance and Accounting.  - Self starter who can work with minimal supervision  - Should have strong analytical skills and possess excellent math skills  - Should be highly organized and detail oriented  - Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to communicate at all levels within the organization.
