Job Title - Senior Manager - Digital Marketing


Reporting to Head, Digital Marketing


Location - Mumbai


Primary Objective:


- Lead Cromptons foray into the D2C space with the objective of customer engagement, acquisition and retention.


- Responsible for all aspects of D2C including website management, demand generation, user acquisition and driving conversions.


- Setup, own and drive the integrated CRM approach with objective of customer retention


- Build a seamless consumer engagement model for Crompton using the First Party Data procured from the D2C site


- Optimise the user journey on the D2C website aiming for higher consumer engagement and conversions


Key Skillsets :


- As the role involves working with multiple teams across the organization, the ideal candidate should be proficient in project management, internal stakeholder management and working with cross functional teams.


- Well versed with performance marketing - online customer acquisition and retention campaigns.


- Background knowledge of working/developing D2C sites and exposure to D2C Technology -Shopify/Magento/SAAS based platform etc. will be a plus.


- Experience in managing multiple agency partners like media agency, web developers, payment gateway, 3P partner, creative team and analytics.


- Data Analytics and activation - Use the first party data/big data to segment the consumer, integrate it with the CRM

system and disseminate content for retargeting


- Experience with Website Design and development (UI/UX understanding, creating wireframes, understanding of Meta Tags/Description, Header Tags. Image Alt tags etc.), knowledge of SEO and SEM will be a plus.


- Problem Solving, Data analysis, Project management, Process Monitoring, etc.


Qualifications - MBA with Engineering Background | 34-year experience


Experience - Experience in working on a D2C site will be preferred.


- Experience in digital media and marketing. Background in performance marketing will be a plus.


- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Similar Web etc.)
