Job Title: Manager - Channel Management (Large Kitchen Appliances)

Job Overview:


- We are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to lead and manage the distribution network for our Large Kitchen Appliances division across India.


- The role involves strategizing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, managing Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), and ensuring profitability while expanding our retail presence.


- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel sales, distribution, and consumer engagement within the consumer durable or related industries.


Key Responsibilities:


All India Distribution Management:


- Develop and execute channel expansion strategies to enhance market penetration.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.


- Oversee inventory management, order fulfilment, and supply chain coordination to ensure seamless product availability.


Profitability of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs):


- Drive sales growth and profitability of EBOs by implementing effective pricing, promotional, and sales strategies.


- Monitor store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.


- Identify and implement innovative ways to increase footfall and conversion rates at EBOs.


Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy All India:


- Develop and execute national GTM strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility.


- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of GTM initiatives.


- Evaluate and optimize regional sales and marketing campaigns based on performance data.


Channel Management:


- Drive business growth through multi-channel strategies, including General Trade (GT), EBOs, and modern retail formats.


- Work closely with regional teams to strengthen relationships with channel partners.


- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and capability building programs for channel partners.


Key Requirements:


- 7-10 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or GTM strategy within the consumer durables, appliances, or FMCG industries.


- Proven track record in managing large-scale distribution networks and multi-channel sales.


- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.


- Ability to handle high-volume sales targets and profitability metrics.


- Willingness to travel (30% travel required).


- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.


- Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour.
