- Screening the CVs and organizing the interviews

- Negotiating the salary with candidates and rolling out the offers

- Optimizing cost of recruitment while meeting the target TATs

- Smooth joining and onboarding of candidate

Desired Candidate Profile

- Preferably Female

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in FMCG/FMCD sector

- Possess working knowledge of Naurkri.com, LinkedIn and other job portals

- Social Media Savvy
