Job Title: Senior Manager - Digital Marketing
Reporting to: Head, Digital Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Primary Objective :
- Lead Cromptons Digital Marketing Initiatives including digital media, social channels, D2C strategy, website management.
- Build and enhance the Martech stack to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Establish a robust digital media presence through performance marketing, paid campaigns, and data-driven customer segmentation.
- Build a roadmap to collect & leverage First-Party Data and how to optimize engagement, personalization, and retargeting efforts.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, customer engagement, and content marketing efforts.
- Lead SEO, SEM, and website optimization initiatives to improve organic traffic, visibility, and conversion rates.
Key Skillsets:
- As the role involves working with multiple teams across the organization, the ideal candidate should be proficient in project management, internal stakeholder management and working with cross functional teams.
- Expertise in Digital Media Planning and Marketing
- Well versed with performance marketing - online customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Experience in managing multiple agency partners like media agency, web developers, payment gateway, 3P partner, creative team and analytics.
- Experience with Website Design and development (UI/UX understanding, creating wireframes, understanding of Meta Tags/Description, Header Tags. Image Alt tags etc.), knowledge of SEO and SEM will be a plus.
- Problem Solving, Data analysis, Project management, Process Monitoring, etc.
Qualifications: MBA with 3 to 6 years of experience working with a brand.
Experience:
- Experience in digital media and marketing. Background in performance marketing will be a plus.
- Experience in working on a D2C site will be preferred.
- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Similar Web etc.)
