Job Overview:


As the Program Management Office Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple inter-related projects and programs. You will collaborate closely with the Product Team to align and prioritize initiatives, ensuring a standardized approach to project management while maintaining control over schedules, risks, and deliverables. Your leadership will be key in driving the performance of program managers and ensuring accurate financial management and reporting for Capex programs.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate with Product Team:


- Work closely with the Product Team to align program initiatives with strategic goals.


- Prioritize and establish an integrated program view that ensures all initiatives are effectively coordinated and executed.


2. Standardize Project Management Approach:


- Implement and enforce standardized methodologies for program governance, alignment, assurance, integration, and financial control.


- Ensure consistent application of best practices across all programs and initiatives.


3. Drive Cross-Functional Team Management:


- Lead the estimation, planning, organization, and monitoring of cross-functional team activities.


- Maintain overall control of program schedules, risk management, and delivery commitments.


4. Financial Management:


- Oversee accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial management for each project within the program.


- Ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently and that projects stay within budget.


5. Manage Program Managers:


- Supervise and evaluate the performance of program managers


- Provide guidance and support to ensure program managers meet their objectives and adhere to program standards.


6. Project/Program Reporting:


- Ensure accurate and consolidated reporting of project and program status to stakeholders.


- Provide timely updates on progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other relevant parties.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.


- 12-15 years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects.


- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, financial management, and cross functional team dynamics.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
