This person will be part of the team which will help create, execute and monitor the business strategy for a high growth e-commerce and offline retail player. The person will help drive and track initiatives to maximize growth and cost saving opportunities. This is a high visibility and high impact role and we are looking for driven individual who can be part of this team.

Responsibilities:

- The team will build the growth strategy for the business and translate this into key initiatives with clear objectives and outcomes, create the business plan and monitoring approach by working together with the various functional leads.

- The team will identify strategic business initiatives based on companies performance, competitive benchmarking, industry benchmarking etc., which may be taken up by the strategy or functional teams to improve performance and drive towards long-term strategic goals. The team will also be responsible to monitor the progress and delivery of these initiatives.

- This person will also help compile and analyse business results, market and competition data in detail on a continuous basis through relevant reports, dashboards, review mechanisms and selective deep dives. As a result of the analysis, the team will identify initiatives, trends or inputs for key business decisions, that will eventually lead to maximizing the business opportunities and improve performance. The team will be responsible to monitor the progress and delivery of these initiatives.

Skills and competencies:

- Overall experience of 2-4 years - Consulting / Strategy/ Business Finance experience is must for the role

- MBA from a Tier 1-2 business school and/or a finance/CA background is mandatory

- Proficiency in building business models, analysing business results

- Strong skills in using excel and powerpoint

- Keen business acumen to identify and understand the key levers for driving business growth

- Understanding of the interplay between various operating functions and good problem solving skills

- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

- Attention to detail and strong focus on delivering projects
