Key Account Manager (KAM) - Marketplace
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting the Top Line Sales nos. for Croma Private Labels through Ecommerce Marketplace portals like Amazon, Flipkart . and prepare a Joint business plan.
- Maintain cordial and strong relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels.
- Responsible for the complete P&L, Sales, Operations, Inventory, Pricing and gross margins for the assigned Marketplace.
- Breakdown monthly sell-out plan for each product line and oversee category-wise execution of the same.
- Ensure stock availability through high degree of forecast accuracy along with tight adherence to weekly sell-out targets.
- Ensure the listing of the complete Croma Private Label catalogue & maintain hygiene across the e-commerce portals.
- Prepare the Annual online marketing budget for the assigned Marketplace partner & improve efficiency of marketing spend through various digital marketing avenues available.
- Plan marketing activities with the Marketplaces to improve the Croma products visibility on the platform
- Run AMS Campaigns & PLA Campaigns to increase the search visibility of Croma OL products. Deliver the planned outcome and ACOS/ ROI attributed sales
- Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners by benchmarking competition and working closely with design, product and production team.
- Drive and enable exclusive launches & marketing campaign integration on partner platform
- Reconcile regular books of accounts and ensure collection of payments as per terms of trade with Marketplace.
