We are hiring for Customer Success professional with a proven track record of building and managing significant customer base with experience in handling PSU in BFSI domain.
Location : Mumbai
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience :- 15-20 Years
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.E./M.Tech
First division (60%) in Xth, XIIth/Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/(B.Sc.IT, B.Sc. comp with MCA/ M.Sc IT mandatory)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new business through existing accounts by having an understanding of the customer's business, identify and explore commercial opportunities with the accounts.
- Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare plans, encompassing sales and pricing activities, to maximize opportunities and value for both parties.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Understand and clearly articulate CRMNEXT value proposition.
- Good understanding of Handling PSU's in BFSI domain.

- Prior experience of Customer facing role.
- Good experience into CRM Sales/ Business development.
- Good experience into Software solution sales into BFSI domain.
- Experience in handling large enterprise accounts.
- Critical thinking and strong decision making.
- Devising Strategic Plans to Expand Sales and sales forecasting.
- Solution oriented and problem solving skills.
- Should have good experience in managing and leading high performing teams
- Experience of proposal preparation, contract discussion and negotiation
