Job Description:
- Be an Individual Contributor for Southeast Asian market.
- Develop regional strategies, with a focus on the Southeast Asian market.
- Manage territory activity and sales process to efficiently achieve pipeline coverage, accelerate opportunity closure and exceed goals.
- Drive new business growth by expertly executing cold calling and contributing to the development of target market-focused sales and delivery strategies.
- Qualify leads sourced by marketing and actively develop new leads and opportunities through target account coverage.
- Manage all aspects of account and opportunity information in CRM.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, manage demos, RFPs and proposals.
- Understand and clearly articulate the Business Next value proposition.
- Provide market feedback to the executive, product, and marketing teams.
- Pursue knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and prospect strategic initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Overall 4+ years of direct territory experience selling Fintech, B2B, CRM or enterprise software in BFSI Vertical in the Southeast Asia region.
- Strong communication skills and adept at corporate presentations with strong presentation skills in person and virtually.
- Territory Planning, Account Planning, Opportunity Management, Prospecting and Demand Creation expertise with proven track record of achievement against quota.
- Start-up experience disrupting larger competitors where industry knowledge and superior capabilities have created wins for your customers and company.
- CRM domain knowledge and advocate of sales process leading to reliable sales achievement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft, Seibel, and Salesforce CRM systems.
- Extensive experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.
- Utilize sales acumen and keen understanding of client needs to actively connect with potential/ existing clientele.
- Create engaging conversations that capture the essence of our products, emphasizing their benefits, unique advantages, and the fascinating story behind their creation.
- Skillfully navigate customer interactions, staying flexible to meet their needs and drive successful sales outcomes.
- Pitch our products with passion, clearly articulating their value proposition, demonstrating tech enthusiasm that resonates with potential customers, and fostering lasting relationships.
- Leverage your technical acumen to deeply understand our offerings, enabling meaningful conversations with customers that highlight our unique selling points
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
Academic Qualification:
- Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/ university.
- Good understanding of current technology trends along with ultra-scalable systems.
