We are hiring for Project Manager/ Senior project Manager with prior experience into CRM implementation/ CRM consulting.

Location : Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience :- 9-14 Years

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.E./M.Tech

First division (60%) in Xth, XIIth/Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/(B.Sc.IT, B.Sc. comp with MCA/ M.Sc IT mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand the CRM product, industry specific requirements and implementations

- Manage Project end to end from Planning to Closure using project management best practices

- Responsible for overall project deliverables- Scoping, Project plan, Requirement document, Proposals and other requisite documents.

- Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope.

- Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams for project delivery

- Manage, mentor and develop project team members in line with growth aspirations of both individual and organization.

Desired Profile :

- Project management skills - Planning, Organizing, Risk identification and mitigation, delivery quality and timelines

- Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engagement

- Strong people management and team management skills

- Strong Technical background

- Knowledge of global best practices in CRM space

- Experience in BFSI domain shall be preferred but not mandatory.

Technical expertise required:

- Application Development using ASP.NET/C# and PL SQL(SQL Server/Oracle)

- Expert knowledge on JavaScript/jQuery/JSON

- Preferred experience on Client side frameworks (Any one of the following- React or Angular JS) Good to have front end development skills using HTML/CSS

- Good to have experience on MVC
