You will have the opportunity to:
Be an expert in CRMNEXT product from a perspective of being able to understand the product features in depth and subsequently develop reusable training modules
Assist in the development and design of new instructor led training/technology initiatives including but not limited to; documentation, training, coordination, rollout and evaluation.
This includes presenting ideas that will enhance the trainees learning experience.
Participate in research of product training curricula development, planning and implementation.
Work with subject matter experts to collect and collate information that will be designed and developed into learning modules
Assist, organize, promote, and deliver specific training programs with individual employees or customers as needed
Survey training participants to determine the effectiveness of each training method/program
Update and revise current training materials to incorporate changes in product features and capabilities
Become an expert in all areas of the CRM application including; sales, marketing, process configuration, and customer service. This will require an in depth understanding of each of product modules and their usage across customers in various vertical domains such as Banking, Investment management, Insurance etc.
Work with end user community and CRM team in support of CRM vision, strategy, and process.
Have a close ear to the user community in regards to issues and needs for the system and will need to convey this to the CRM team in a manner that supports other processes in place.
Co-ordinate with various department heads to schedule training for end users and maintain MIS.
Liaise with IT to arrange and coordinate training setups needed to perform training.
Create and maintain all training documents that relate to CRM system
The candidate will lead training development initiatives, work closely with the Product Development & Activation teams to be abreast of entire existing and upcoming product functionality spanning various modules, propose continuous training strategies, and solutions to ensure that learning needs of the staff and customers are continuously met. This position will be instrumental in the design, development, rollout and evaluation of CRMNEXT training programs.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree in IT/ Computer Science
- First division (60%) in Xth and XIIth, Bachelor Degree in IT/ Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years experience in Product training on software
Desired Profile :
- A trainer skilled in developing and delivering training material for our CRM product CRMnext.
- A passion for training people of varying skill sets and competencies; with an experience of 3+ years in product training.
- Ability to understand the functionality of complete CRMnext product
- Transfer knowledge clearly to others and simplify complex information
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to develop instructional material that can be easily understood
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience with instructional design, WebEx, Sharepoint, SalesForce / Siebel / Microsoft CRM or comparable CRM applications is a plus
- Ability to impart soft skills related training will be a plus.
- Ability to be self-starting and self-motivated
