Job Description
1. Technical Sales/Delivery consulting experience in the BFSI domain for CRM software industry/banking applications in Sales Automation, Service Automation
2. Proficiency and hands-on on enterprise CRM platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions. Technical Sales consulting to CIO/CXO Level audience on Architecture,Integration,Cloud/On Premise Hosting,Hardware Sizing,Application Security and Performance/Scalability.
3. Excellent communication skills in writing and presenting to business and technical decision makers
4. The ability to effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision and is a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented
5. Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners and professional services
6. Creative problem-solving skills with a flexible mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth organization
7. A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel
8. Product and Solution Consulting for prospects/existing customers in the BFSI domain
9. RFP management - Actively involved with the sales team in various aspect of the pre-sales cycle including - Responding to RFPs/ RFIs, Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation, as per the timelines of customer
10. Experience in Project Delivery of at least 1 CRM across Sales, Service, Marketing modules.
11. Business value creation & ROI.
12. Solution presentation including Presales activity as well as basic product demo, check on the Solution viability.
13. Worked as a liaison among business stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goal
