Roles and Responsibilities:
- Part of the team for managing and facilitating the sales opportunities within the assigned account.
- Responsible for mining of the accounts to identify and materialize up selling and cross selling opportunities to achieve their targets.
- Create and maintain a customer relationship optimizing customer excellence.
- Maintain regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Configure the product as required for various client demos.
Skills Required:
- Experience in working on CRM based product mandatory.
- Strong customer engagement skills.
- Extrovert - Does not mind calling new / unknown people.
- Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engagements.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills. Candidate should be able to create business cases and articulate business value proposition to the customer.
- Drive product adoption across different business lines and within the client organization.
- Identify, develop and maintain relations with present clients.
- Experience in BFSI domain is preferred.
