About the Role :

The Training Academy Manager will oversee the development and implementation of the Company's Training Program for both Customers, Partners and Company Employees. At onset, this individual will be responsible for delivering live-led Company training to Employees. In this capacity, this individual will become a subject matter expert and evangelist for the Company platform, responsible for ensuring training participants can effectively administer and use it at the conclusion of the training. Additionally, this role will continue to adopt new methodologies to scale the programs.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of trainers that delivers high quality training through the most effective channel to ensure our Employees and Teams are consistently up to date with the latest developments in the organization in terms of product and various areas project execution and management.

- Manage relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to provide trainings that support and align with the business goals and priorities.

- Become a SME for Company Products and Services as well as the application/value of those products to the business use case(s) of Company's customers.

- Develop customized training courses and content for enterprise-level customers, Employees and Partners

- Measure, report, and analyze data to illustrate the impact and gaps on both learners and the business. Assess and prioritize new training and updates to existing training using the data you collect on learning gaps and program effectiveness.

- Deliver virtual instructor-led training to our customers, partners, and employees.

- Develop a Product Overview course for newly hired Company employees and groom them and ready them for business.

- Update and customize course curriculum over time.

- Continue to expand the training program to coincide with Company's future business requirements and initiatives.

Who You Are :

- Experience training or consulting internal (employees) and external (customers and partners)

- Service delivery (consulting, training) experience with a SaaS company in the enterprise (B2B) space

- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for speaking to both a technical audience and a business user audience.

- Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented individual who shows initiative and holds themselves accountable.

- Background of creating and managing e-learning contents

- Creative and innovative in terms of using new methodology (gamification, e-learning) and adopting new and frugal technology in training

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
