Currently we are hiring Sales Operations Manager
Experience- 5-10 years
- Annual Operating Plan : What should be the growth for next year and how to achieve that?
- GTM definition/coverage model for each year : What should the selling org look like? Segment definition, account/AE ratios, AE to Sales Support (eg., AE Pre-sales
- Territory Planning (defining the book of business, accounts, geo by AE), quota planning working closely with Sales head, Sales leaders
- Weekly, Monthly Quarterly forecasting/sales commit process, tracking against plan/goal
- Build reporting dashboards for AE, first line manager, sales leader, excel reporting across sales, pipeline, product, source
- Partner to Sales leader on any interventions/remediation plans/bridge to goal
- Sales Compensation (Comp plan, incentives/commissions)
- Own CRM/data integrity and ensuring all sales activities/opportunities/pipeline are captured on the CRM
- Measures : Forecast accuracy, overall attainment vs plan, Trusted advisor
