Currently we are aggressively looking for a Go - Getter, passionate and Energetic HR Manager keen on being a part of a company with a start-up culture, who can lead various initiatives of HR in the Noida Region with a Manpower strength of approx 300 employees. The person we seek is an individual strong on ideas, ready to handle any challenge and strong at execution.
The manager in the role, will have the support and collaboration of a team of 4 young and enthusiastic team members who are based out of Noida. In addition to the creative scope, the person will be involved with operational assignments involving recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, etc.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions and planning for their fulfillment
- Manage Talent Acquisition by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Plan, monitor the appraisal process of employee to ensure effectiveness, compliance,and equity within organization.
- Administer salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
- Monitor and schedule individual pay actions; recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions.
- Maintain management guidelines; preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Prepare and Maintain budget of human resources operations.
- Manage resolving of employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
- Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Plan and carry out various developmental and organisational effectiveness initiatives and measure their effectiveness
- Manage outside suppliers/ partners to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
- Plan for and manage better Employer branding and Employee Engagement across levels.
