We are looking for suitable candidate for Key Accounts Manager for Mumbai location.
- Key Account Management is accountable for developing, managing and maintaining a deep relationship with the main stakeholders of our key accounts; Ensuring that a long term strategic relationship is maintained. The key metric for this Role is achieving the sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
- The role requires a strongly motivated person that can understand and meet the customer's expectations and is able to take a hands-on approach to problem solving by using his initiative and resources to provide solutions.
- For this position we are primarily looking for people who have CRM project implementation experience with flare for sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Develop new business through existing accounts by having an understanding of the customer's business, identify and explore commercial opportunities with the accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the client businesses by identifying key influencers and decision-makers within customer organisation and develop an action plan to deepen the relationship with this audience
- Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities; proactively contact them to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities
- Prepare plans, encompassing sales and pricing activities, to maximize opportunities and value for both parties
- Develop and deliver sales presentations on behalf of the Company; manage sales demos and coordinate status meetings as needed.
- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Understand and clearly articulate CRMNEXT value proposition.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, MBA (Optional)
Desired Profile
- Must have CRM implementation experience (functional). Large CRM implementation experience of products like Siebel is needed.
- Must have been into Customer facing roles.
- Good consulting experience.
- Should have good experience in managing and leading high performing teams.
- Strong collaboration skills - Strong internal & external collaboration skills to drive solution is must
- Experience of proposal preparation, contract discussion and negotiation
