What you will do :

- Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas for our product experience across the entire product lifecycle/ multiple launches

- You will be responsible for producing groundbreaking user experiences across all touch points.

- Work collaboratively with different teams to identify & narrow problems, arrive at possible design solutions or solution testing frameworks.

- Work on multiple projects, work with the team to prioritize as needed while receiving strategic and tactical direction.

- Contribute to and help manage team assets, such as pattern libraries and style guides

- Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into great product design decisions.

- Benchmark Product Design by creating an environment in which customer happiness, employee happiness, and company goals intersect and flourish

Cultural attributes- What you bring to the table :

- Have12- 20 years of experience in product design (UX/UI)

- Have exhibited incredible attention to detail in language, usability, and design with a proven track-record for shipping high-quality experiences

- Have strong product building experiences including best practices for design deliverables including mocks, prototypes, documentation, and quality checks

- Have the ability to lead the UX design rationale in the organization with teams and key stakeholders.

- Exhibits strong visual and interaction design judgment

- Has guided and mentored teams to craft and communicate a compelling story/point of view that connects design solutions to results

- Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Passionate for building beautifully crafted experiences and benchmark product design
