Technical business integration
- Complete understanding of finding solutions related to telephonic solutioning/ Data Implementation of CRM Application
- Testing of the Software based on Requirements
- Prepare business requirements document by interacting with business users
- End user training during solution implementation.
- Complete SDLC including programming for CRM application and its associated interfaces to enterprise transaction systems.
- Preferred from Hospitality, Airline, Healthcare, Internet E commerce Companies
Database Skills: SQL server
- Microsoft Visual Studio, Dynamics-specific development tools (e.g. Teams, Power BI, Power Apps)
- .NET, ASP.NET, C#, XML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AngularJS, Web Services, WCF, SSIS, SSRS
- Should have good technical knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience in CRM Integration and implementing CRM Application in Healthcare domain.
- Understand the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
- Design, create and configure Solutions
- Design and develop modifications or extensions to standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Design, create and configure relationships between entities
- Create and configure Views, Charts, Forms, Dashboards for both system and custom entities etc
