One of our clients which is a start up in the fintech space is looking for canddiates with experience in Customer Relationship Management.
Job Description:
1. Define longer-term CRM plan and related solution with potential expanded scope to include end-to-end customer relationship management including, financial services, soft products, parts & service, renewals, cross-selling
2. Seamless manage, customer life cycle management across all the touch points strengthening the device agnostic experience
3. Own and manage the (CRM) Customer Relationship Management end to end
4. Build, implement, monitor and improve automation strategy, test plans and with deep collaboration and coordination across marketing, design, sales, services and technology teams.
5. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
6. Develop and implement communication plans and training materials to ensure internal stakeholders understand key elements of the CRM program
7. Define and optimize key performance metrics and prepare relevant dashboards to share results across the team and report to senior management.
8. This individual will also work closely with our data and operations teams to produce views, reports with basic analytics.
9. Train, help other team members on the CRM tool, familiarity with CRM objectives and core functionalities.
