JOB DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS ANALYST.

A. Main Purpose of Job

- Candidate would be expected to primarily focus on Business Analysis reporting directly to the Founder-CEO; an equally important role would be to help with preparation of investor presentations and reports.

B. Main Responsibilities of the Job Holder

Responsibilities

- Candidate should have 2-3 years’ work experience in the financial services industry or in a corporate finance role within a corporate / business group

- Ideally, he/she should strongly desire to make a career in areas like Private Equity / Venture Capital syndication and/or M&A advisory

- Candidate should be confident and presentable

- Role requirement would also include industry research, company research, valuation analysis, preparation of corporate presentation (or similar) and detailed Financial Model

- Online access to various relevant databases would be available

- Candidate should be a team player, honest, hardworking and adaptable.

- Masters in Business Administration from top Colleges only.

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering from top Engineering College only.
