CRM Modeling - KPO

We have an immediate requirement for CRM Modeling/Analytics for a leading KPO organisation at Delhi/ NCR

Candidates Skills required:

- Graduate degree in Statistics/Economics/Econometrics/ Engineering/Mathematics with ability to handle data manipulation, Model buislding through tools like SAS/SQL

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop statistical models to measure and optimize pricing and marketing campaigns like logistic Regression, linear regression models, cluster analysis, CHAID, market basket analysi

- Responsible for handling client engagements and will be good in cross-sell/upsell techniques, Customer segmentation.

- Provide expert advice to consulting teams on technique/modeling related issues

- Handling large volumes data like (data manipulation, data cleansing and matching) through tools like SAS/SQL
