Job Profile:
- This role is for driven for Customer Retention Management team, with understanding of CRM programs, tools and communication. The position will demand creating and implementing CRM strategy and communication, engaging with existing customers, adding new customers and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategizing CRM Programs for the year and executing the same with in-depth planning for business across customer touchpoint mediums - Email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. Engage the existing customers and increase repeat purchases.
- Deep Dive and understand existing customer insights, purchase behaviors and create appropriate customer segments
- Manage and strategize the communication strategy and touchpoint frequency for all customer segments.
- Manage and supervise the CRM agency and evaluate performance
- Liaise with internal departments, external vendors and partners for campaigns, content development, costing and negotiations.
- Drive campaign deliveries
Desired Profile:
- MBA from a premier institute with 5+ years of experience
- Prior experience in brand communication, consumer behavior, CRM
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM tools like - Salesforce, WhatsAPP for Business
- Ready to learn, execute & take new initiatives
- Proficient in communication skills and stakeholder management
