- Lead the development of the marketing strategy in partnership with Marketing leadership and key executives for the customers and loyalty program and manage the day-to-day execution of the plan
- Develop and manage marketing initiatives/offers, communication design and development of success metrics
- Partner with Marketing team for analytics and segmentation
- Monitor competition and loyalty programs and analyze customer/ market trends on an on-going basis to recommend changes and enhancements
- Interface with senior management and collaborate closely with CS to ensure program reaches overall company goals
- Track and analyze program performance and effectiveness
- Ensure effective and timely resolution for all loyalty program related issues
- Provide strategic marketing updates on initiatives to senior leadership on a regular basis
- Leverage internal partners to gain an understanding of business analysis reporting, the competitive landscape, and key measures to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct new idea generation activities during the appropriate stage of the process to create new activities.
- Manage in the budgeting and forecasting of the program in partnership with finance
