We have an opening with India s leading retail firm for Manager CRM
Location - Bangalore
Loyalty Programs :
Manage the CRM system to support the Inner Circle program and provide reports for consumer tracking
Plan and initiate marketing strategies within budgets to - increase the share of wallet
Extend the customer loyalty program to the various other areas of business ensuring increased revenues and customer footfalls
Build a strong consumer engagement plan to increase frequency of customer visits and their spend
Visit stores for customer interaction, understand current trends and international practices in branding and introduce cost effective initiatives
Aid retail operations through qualitative and quantitative consumer research (customer interviews, data analytics)
Deploy strong data analytics program to aid concepts achieve their business objectives
Leverage data analytics to conduct catchment analytics to maximize store footfalls
Ensure accuracy of data and constant updation
Marketing Services :
Manage brand visibility and awareness through signages and store-level and external communication channels
Identify spaces within the store for brand signage. Select appropriate product mix for space selling to optimize bottom line
Identify concept level branding through inputs from the buying team and ensure implementation of branding plan through appropriate vendors as per scheduled timeframes and budgets
