Looking for CRM - Loyalty Manager (APAC) for a leading Travel Company - Gurgaon, Singapore

We are urgently looking for a CRM - Loyalty Manager for one the World's largest Travel Company headquartered from Singapore.

Experience : 5-8 years

Job Responsibilities :

- Email Campaigns

- Execute Data Driven Marketing and Email Campaigns coordinating with

- Creative Agency

- Freelancers / contractors for language localization

- HTML production

- Global email team for deployment and data cuts

- Ensure Site and Event trigeer emails are deployed with correct data fields.

- Execute Subscriber driven campaigns

- Loyalty

- Ensure and execute loyalty operations for all point of sale.

- Points exchange promotion

- Bonus points

- Member acquisition promotion

- Loyalty campaign management

- Implementing tracking mechanism to measure the performance of campaigns

- A/B testing and reporting

- Working closely with various groups within global organization on execution

- Working with Product Managers to ensure timely delivery at each POS.
