Our client, a global consulting firm, is engaged in a CRM implementation project for a leading public-sector bank in India. They are looking to onboard a CRM Implementation Consultant to support them with the implementation initiative.
The ideal candidate should possess both technical and functional expertise in CRM implementation, specifically within the context of Public or Private Sector banks. Preferably, the candidate should have experience with Enterprise CRM vendors such as CRM Next, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the team with the CRM implementation exercise, ensuring alignment with the Bank team and Vendor team's objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are on the same page throughout the implementation.
- Implement best practices in CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer service through CRM, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in CRM processes and functionalities.
Your background:
- Minimum of 4 years of CRM implementation experience in the Banking industry
- Prior experience with Enterprise CRM vendors such as CRM Next, Zoho, and SalesForce etc.
- An undergraduate degree or an MBA degree from a renowned Institute
This is a contractual opportunity and the consultant will be on an initial 9 to 10-month contract. The selected consultant will be required to be based out of Delhi for the duration of this project.
