This role is responsible to execute the following steps;
A.TEAM MANAGEMENT:- Recruit Candidates
- Hire the right employees
- Conduct Benefit Analysis
- Training and Support Management
B.FINDING NEW DISTRIBUTORS:1. Market Analysis
2. Sales Plan
3. Own and hit exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory& accounts
4. Develop & execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets & expand our customer base
5. Build & maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
6. Partner with customers to understand their business needs & objectives
7. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals& presentations
8. Advertising Planning
9. Product Supply Planning
10. Understand category-specific landscape & trends
11. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets & strategies direction of accounts
12. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products & services
13. Proven ability to position products against competitors skills
14. Demonstrate experience ahead of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated & achievable solutions
15. Scheme Planning for Distributors-Dealers
