- The scope of work is setting up a Project Implementation Unit for 5 years for Improving access to businesses/ beneficiaries of e-govt services.
- The Team Lead is expected to undertake Business/Government Process Re-Engineering (BPR/GPR) of identified service areas for improved and efficient delivery of G2G, G2B and G2C services.
Tasks include:
- Study of business processes Organization structure of government department
- Preparation of "as-is process maps" and workflow charts to understand and eliminate duplications and redundancies
- Identification and analysis of gaps and proposing "to-be processes" i.e. the process including decision-making layers, time taken at each level and requisite documents required for delivery of a particular service for improved and efficient delivery of G2G, G2B and G2C services.
Educational Qualification - Post Graduation in Business Administration (MBA or equivalent); Additional Qualifications - PMP/PRINCE 2/ ITIL certification
