CRISIL GR&A is looking for candidates to provide decision support using data analytics to a leading CPG co.
The ideal candidate would have worked extensively with CPG clients, addressing objectives to increase distribution breadth, share of space, increase ROI on marketing and trade spends, price effectively, and help create the perfect store for its products.
This person will be part of CRISIL GR&A’s CPG practice.
Key tasks:
- Build advanced Marketing Mix Models to quantify and optimize return on marketing spend.
- Advanced Pricing Analytics from historical data, control / test groups and panel results, to be used as an input to effective pricing.
- Establish addressable market & category size.
- Participate in employee engagement activities, including coaching & mentoring junior team members.
Skills:
- Platforms: SAS, R, SPSS, Advanced Excel
- Techniques: Mixed Models, Logistic regression, Cluster Analysis
- Familiar with scanner/POS, panel data (Nielsen or IRI), custom survey data
