Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Process Leadership:

- Remove impediments that hinder the progress of the team.
Strategic Alignment and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with senior leadership (Product Owners, VPs, Directors) to ensure alignment of the team's work with business goals.
- Assist senior leaders in making strategic decisions by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Team Mentorship and Development:
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams, ensuring they are properly trained and supported in Agile methodologies.
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Lead communication and reporting to senior management and leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes of the Scrum teams.
Decision-Making Support:

Agile Transformation and Continuous Improvement:

Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments.
- Proven track record of working with senior leaders (executives, directors, VPs) to influence and guide strategic decision-making.
- Experience working in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Agile Expertise:
- Advanced understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience in leading Agile transformations or large Agile initiatives within an organization.
Leadership and Communication:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive decision-making and change in complex organizational environments.
Problem-Solving:

Technical Knowledge:
