Job title: Senior Research Analyst

Location: Chennai

Experience : 3-6 years of experience in tracking one or more equity research sectors with strong modeling and report writing skills. Good basic understanding of business drivers across sectors.

Job Duties:

- Independently work on ad-hoc financial research assignments

- These are high-visibility challenging assignments across asset classes (equity, credit) and across sectors/geographies

- End to end ownership from project scoping, client communication, project execution and delivery

- Work would regularly involve report writing, modeling and creating company/industry decks

- Required to work well with junior analysts and manage quality of deliverables

Qualification: MBA/CFA/CA

Skills required:

- Experience in tracking one or more sectors, writing company and industry research reports including initiations, earnings preview, review notes etc.

- Good understanding of business drivers across multiple sectors

- Strong report writing skills

- Strong communication skills

- Strong modeling skills

- Attention to detail

- Expertise in MS Office

- Working knowledge with databases like Bloomberg and FactSet
