Enterprise Risk Management We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate for Enterprise Risk Management to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures across the organization. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with business units, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting, contributing to our overall risk culture.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of the ERM framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, driving standardization and leveraging data analytics for insights.

- Collaborate with business units to identify and assess enterprise-wide risks, including operational, strategic, and compliance risks.

- Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and provide regular updates to senior management on risk trends and emerging risks.

- Contribute to the preparation of risk reports and dashboards for senior leadership and board committees. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable policies, standards, and client

frameworks.

- Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of risk management activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Participate in risk governance forums and support ongoing improvements to risk management practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

- Minimum 58 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), CRISC, or equivalent is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in risk management tools and software; knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 31000 or COSO ERM.

- Strong ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing and presenting reports to senior stakeholders.

- Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities with cross-functional teams.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with GRC Tools such as RSA Archer, Service Now. Etc. will be a plus.
