Job Duties

- Work on large data sets pertaining to financial market data using data sources such as Factset, Thomson Reuters including data migration from one data source to the other, recasting financial statements, back testing and validating the same

- Update and maintain data sets on a regular basis, create exhibits for marketing material

Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Physics etc.

- CFA / FRM (pursuing / completed)

Skills required

- High degree of comfort with SQL programming

- Knowledge of SAS, Matlab and Python

- Understanding of data sets like Thompson Reuters, Bloomberg, Factset

- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Qlikview

- Very good spreadsheet skills

- Strong communication skills with proven ability to interact with global clients

- Diligence, high level of attention to detail and accuracy
