Role :
- Functional Responsibility / Domain Related - Maintaining relationships with key Mid-Size Corporates
- Attending Conferences/Seminar/Workshops and networking with people o Assisting the product team with necessary inputs with regards to new product development and marketing plans
- Developing strategies in conjunction with top management and also, keeping a track on regulatory changes resulting in business opportunities. Building MIS & market intelligence about competitors, preparing geography wise and service wise sales plans and achieving them
- Handle client queries, lead management through CRM, new product development. Research, assisting analytical teams to collaborate with clients for their credit appraisals. Sharing, CRISIL views and insights on economy and industries with clients and corporate Process Adherence
- Maintain a strong wide pipeline and consistent billing in line with business targets set
- Presales - Demo, respond to EOIs, RFPs, prepare proposals etc.
- Contract negotiation, contract closing
- Manage sales receivables
- Preparing & sharing MIS required by the business at the frequencies defined o Maintenance & regular updation of contacts, client/product feedback & meeting reports
- Competition tracking and giving feeds on the same to business Client Management / Stakeholder Management
- Key account management through regular meetings with contacts across the hierarchy and across departments
- Constant upgradation of product knowledge for effectively communicating the value proposition
