CRISILs Global Analytical Centre (GAC), provides analytical, research and data services to S&P Global (earlier known as McGraw Hill Financial) globally. The GAC support encompasses research and analysis, complex data analytics and modelling assignments, risk, and regulatory services, and improving workflow efficiency. GAC acts like a centralized research and analytics hub for SPGI teams spread across US, EMEA and APAC regions.

Job Description:


Project Planning:


- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.


- Define project deliverables and success criteria.


Resource Management:


- Identify and allocate resources, including team members, tools, and materials needed for project execution.


- Manage team dynamics and ensure that team members are effectively utilized.


Stakeholder Communication:


- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.


- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team.


Risk Management:


- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.


- Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary.


Budget Management:


- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that expenditures align with project goals.


- Track financial performance and report on budget status to stakeholders.


Quality Assurance:


- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.


- Implement processes for quality control and continuous improvement.


Execution and Monitoring:


- Oversee the execution of project tasks and ensure that the project stays on track.


- Monitor progress against the project plan and adjust timelines and resources as needed.


Problem-Solving:


- Address issues and challenges that arise during the project, facilitating solutions and decision-making.


- Foster a proactive approach to problem-solving within the team.


Documentation and Reporting:


- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.


- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.


Project Closure:


- Conduct project closure activities, including finalizing deliverables, obtaining stakeholder approvals, and documenting lessons learned.


- Ensure that all project documentation is completed and archived for future reference.


Mandatory Skills:


- Project Planning, Project Coordination, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Budgeting


Education Qualification:


- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications can enhance credibility
