Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored strategic advice and solutions
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and analysts.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their professional growth.
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on public sector trends, policies, and best practices.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to address client challenges.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to support decision-making.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and contribute to marketing efforts.
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PFDM (Finance) or equivalent, BE/ B.Tech or equivalent
