Key Result Areas

Treasury Functions :

- Daily monitoring of funds and deployment of funds to maximize investment returns

- Forecasting of Forex revenue, preparing annual / monthly approvals for forward contracts

- Initiating forward contracts and monitoring position regularly

- Regular monitoring of investments.

- Investment & Forward Cover related reporting.

- Responsible for compliance with Organization's investment policy and RBI / FEMA regulations.

- Preparing documentation, presentation for treasury function to the Board

- Liaising with Banks, Statutory Auditors for necessary Documentation.

MIS Functions :

- Building yearly budgets & periodically monitor & update full year budget in consultation with Business Heads.

- Analyze Actual performance of the unit V/s Budget & Prior year and explain the variance.

- Assist the Business in preparing project-wise performance

- Lead cost saving initiatives for the Business Unit.

- Furnish financial information to Senior management on an ongoing basis, as required.
