Position : Manager

Department : Global Analytical Center Operations team

Location : Pune

Role Summary /Functional Responsibility / Domain Related:

1. Should develop SME of the business- MIS and all operational processes

2. Work on large data sets and perform data analysis to generate periodic reports and client dashboards

3. Should possess excellent excel knowledge and be updated on latest tools and technologies that can be used to drive process improvement projects

4. Lead efficiency projects for the Operations team and within the larger business division GAC

5. Mentor and coach team members, provide regular feedback performance

6. Responsible for work allocation basis capacity, capability and timelines

7. Lead appraisal discussions for direct reportees

8. Be proactive in highlighting red flags and work with business team to develop win-win situations

9. Ensure rigid documentation including SOP updates and version control for all processes owned by Operations

10. Identify opportunities for process improvements in terms of higher efficiency, robust controls

Process Adherence :

11. Maintain the integrity and quality of data

12. Oversee execution of assigned tasks as per the instructions / guidelines and meeting required expectations

13. Ensures adherence to Compliance, Confidentiality and Information Security Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the organization

Client / Stakeholder Management

14. Proactive communication with stakeholders

15. Build rapport with clients / stakeholders at operational touch points

16. Should be seen as a value-added team for both internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualification - Three years full time Graduation: B.Com / BMS / BBI / BAF

Experience - 2-4 years in team management

- Prior relevant experience within MIS / Reporting, experience in outsourcing industry will be an advantage

Skills - Excellent leadership skills :

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Excellence in stakeholder management

- Knowledge of Python, Power BI and other visualization and data analytics tool

- Computer literacy especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

- Positive attitude with qualities of a team player
