Crisil - Manager - Data Analytics/Business Intelligence

- We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 12+ years of experience in corporate banking, data analytics, and business intelligence.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in banking products, data management, and project execution, ensuring effective collaboration between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extensive knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and processes.

- Strong expertise in analytics, business intelligence, SDLC, Data Warehousing, and Data Lake architectures.

- Hands-on experience with PLSQL, Data Cube Analysis, and ETL processes.

- Proven ability in business analysis, including requirement gathering, BRD creation, development of testing artifacts, UAT execution, and production support.

- Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in project management methodologies.

- High-level understanding of AI and its applications within corporate and investment banking.

- Excellent stakeholder management, ensuring proper tracking of projects, status reporting, and communication.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across teams and leadership.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of RAROC (Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital) and its components.

- Experience with Fulkrum, Pentaho, and other relevant tools.
