Crisil - Manager - Customised Research

Role Summary:

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related:

- Primary responsibility would be to lead execution of research assignment s w.r.t different sectors and companies

- Independently lead assignments and manage client interactions

- Interact with prospective clients, understand requirements clearly and drive proposal development completely

- Ability to actively contribute to and lead 2-3 assignments simultaneously

- Ability to manage conflicting demands on time from assignments, proposals and other key priorities

The focus of the research assignments would range from short term to long term studies on issues relating to:

- Demand/Market assessment

- Price and cost analysis and project economics

- Competition analysis

- Project feasibility studies

- Market entry strategies

- Business planning and strategy

Process Adherence:

- Ensure high quality of analysis and research output of self and team

- Planning and completion of research projects on schedule

- Working in project teams, coordinating internally to deliver the final output

Client Management / Stakeholder Management:

- Interaction with industry sources for primary and secondary research (modeling and desk research) for the respective sector and /or company

- Analytical interactions with the clients, including client presentations by the team

- Ongoing communication with client team and ensuring clarity in understanding relating to assignment between client team and assignment team

People Development:

- Guiding associates in terms of their daily tasks and tactical skill development

- Reviewing their work and ensuring gaps are addressed by other team members
