Department: Corporate Group

Job Description:

- Qualification CS/MBA or recognized degree from financial institution (With LLB or Securities law will be value added)

- 8-10 years of experience with financial service/institution

- Domain Knowledge of Corporate Compliance role implementation and monitoring of Policy requirements

- Had independently handled audits- queries and response

- Having experience in automation of processes and liasioning with stakeholders

- Preparation of MIS reports, Dashboards, presentations

- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint,

- Periodic Compliance update to senior management

- Answering trading and demat queries of employees (we require expertise in personal trading policy and employee handling)

- Ability to conduct training and awareness sessions on policy requirements

- Follow up with departments

- Mandatory Skills: Compliance Management, Stakeholder management, Knowledge of capital markets

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Education Qualification:

- CS/MBA or recognized degree from financial institution (With LLB or Securities law will be value added)

Experience: 8 to 10 years
