CRISIL - Lead Analyst - Credit Research - Investment Grade

Job Duties:

- Preparing and updating the Investment Memos for the companies in coverage. Strong understanding of fundamental credit analysis with an ability to identify the key strengths and risks of the company

- Should have provided investment recommendations in prior profile

- Strong financial modelling skills

- Strong understanding of credit ratings and related methodologies

- Regular surveillance of assigned portfolio by proactively tracking events (including quarterly earnings), peer group and other industry information sources

- Strong understanding of capital structures, covenant analysis, recovery analysis and interpretation of indentures

- Experience in covering primary market transactions would be preferable (should have analysed OMs)

- Exposure to relative value concepts would be a positive

- Any sector exposure would also be a positive

- Support the client with any other ad-hoc research requests

Skills Required:

- At least 7 years of experience in credit research with specific exposure to IG corporates

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in tight deadlines

- Need to be proactive and should have experience in delivery of structured solutions to clients
