Job Title Lead Analyst / Associate Director

Location India (Mumbai / Pune)

Experience 8-12 years of experience in banking industry in change or transformation management with experience in managing robotics projects with industry tools e.g. Blue prism, Automation Anywhere etc. Preferred with experience in Middle Office, Product Control, Risk Management/Regulatory or FIN-IT consulting/Change Management or experience in any derivatives processes with more focus on overall business understanding

Job Duties - In this role, as a part of the Risk and Analytics division of CRISIL. Candidate will be responsible to work with large investment Bank processes, understand their issues/automation requests and ensure the team develops a sustainable solution. The candidate will also be responsible to analyse manual processes, existing tools etc. to spot potential automation opportunities

- Develop a strong, sustainable & robust process to identify automation opportunities including RPA opportunities, deep dive into the process, prioritize and implement RPA

- Create detailed project plans and hold regular touch-point calls/meetings with the stakeholders to closely track the progress of the project

- Build and train teams of analyst who can apply lean processes in complex areas.

- Develop and maintain strong governance mechanism

- Report and provide periodic update to key stake holders and Senior Management

Qualification - Post graduate degree/diploma from a reputed institute in the field of Finance / Maths / Technology

Skills Required - 8-12 years of experience in driving automation across Banking processes

- Process optimization experience (Lean and/or Six Sigma knowledge and skills)

- Experience in managing robotics projects with industry tools e.g. Blue prism, Automation Anywhere etc.

- Good aptitude and attitude to learn, explore automation opportunities for the division, tracking performance and providing information to stakeholders in timely manner

- Hands on style with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Exposure of having worked with or deployed one or more automation tools

- Familiarity with Global markets business (IB Front and Middle Office trade operations, end-to-end trade lifecycle process) would be an added advantage

- Ability to deliver relevant solutions quickly by liaising with relevant stakeholders and driving the agenda forward

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, subject matter experts and vendor resources

- Proficient in presentation and analysis techniques and tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

- Self-motivated team player, taking ownership, being accountable, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent and positive mind-set
