Job Description:

- Manager should have knowledge of Manual as well as Automation testing.

- Overall Responsible for Quality of testing and Timely delivery.

- Key Driver of the Test Improvement Initiatives.

- Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas.

- Interaction with Client team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues.

- Report project status to the Director.

- Ensure compliance with Client processes.

- Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.

- Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing.

- Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently.

- Tracking project milestones and deliverables.

- Keeping track of new requirements from the project.

- Daily Defect triaging.

- Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects.

- Ensure adherence to test Processes.

- Coordinate with cross functional teams in Client for SIT/UAT.

- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented Excellent.

- Programming / Scripting Skills in Java, Selenium, Appium and API.

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like TestNG, Page Object Model, BDD and Cucumber.

- Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects in AGILE methodology Design Test.

- Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery for Web and API projects.

- Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies Execute and analysis automation test results.

- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.

Mandatory Skills:

- Test Management, Test Strategy, Defect Tracking, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Planning, Test Reporting.

Education Qualification: Graduate/Masters

Experience: 12 to 15 Years
