Role Summary:
PMS:
- Continuous improvisation of PMS framework by benchmarking it with the best practices.
- Framing clear guidelines for appraisees, appraisers, reviewers and normalizers; formulating user manual for the process; smooth deployment of PMS guidelines across the Organization;
- Run PMS Clinics for educating employee and Managers on the softer aspects of the process.
- Assist the businesses in the process of normalization and handling exception management
- Implementation of end-to-end PMS cycle, mid-year as well as year-end, across the organization.
- HRIS owner for implementation of customizations and upgrades;
- Owner of change management process in case of transition from one HRIS to the other including education/ awareness around the process for successful implementation
- Develop/ improvise KRA templates for roles across organization.
- Work with HR leadership team on increments and Performance Appraisals, assisting them on which statistical methodology to follow and help in the entire process.
- Ensure correctness and timely completion of the Appraisal process.

- Policy formulation, implementation and adherence mechanism for entire organization
