Crisil - Enterprise Risk Management Role

- Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team for a leading APAC based Asset Manager

- Support the ERM team in second line risk management monitoring and reporting based on the risk framework in place. Main duties would include

- Generation of the Risk Reporting decks or reports required monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly

KRI advisory, development, monitoring and escalations

Risk trend analysis:

- Scenario Analysis Coordination

- Support of the RCSA process and data quality checks

- Support in the enhancement of risk culture within the client's organisation. Main duties would include

- Risk Training material management and maintenance

- Monitoring of completion of risk training

- Development of new risk awareness program

Support in the maintenance of PRISM the eGRC system. Main duties include:

- Maintenance of the organisation changes in the system

- Coordination of system enhancements and feedback/issues across the client's organisation

Support the team on Risk Initiatives to build up the risk architecture:

Experience /Qualification:

- The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Enterprise and/or operational risk management in the financial industry, preferably in the asset management industry.

- General understanding of the end-to-end investment process and the type of data used in financial services

- Familiarity with standard ERM and ORM frameworks and tools

- Strong ability to learn new processes, multi-task and handle tight deadlines.

- Analytical, meticulous, self-starter with a strong command of written and spoken English

- Proficient in Microsoft office tools.

- Skillsets in coding e.g. Python, and intelligence dashboards like PowerBI would be advantageous.
